Since 2020, this fund has donated over $14,000 to 155 children in our community who have needed financial assistance to participate in extracurricular activities.

The Bloom Where You Are Planted Grant Fund was created by the family of Karl Bloom.  Karl’s life was an example to so many people about how to give back to your community.  He was very involved in helping with extracurricular activities as a way of promoting community, service, and health to our youth. This grant will provide students with financial need the support to allow them to pursue extracurricular activities.  Examples of extracurricular activities are piano lessons, karate, art classes, ballet lessons, high school softball, etc.
