D51F Adds Third Funding Priority

D51F Adds Third Funding Priority

The D51 Foundation is excited to introduce the addition of a third funding priority: Staff and Student Wellness.

To kick off this new funding priority, D51F donated $35,000 to go toward an Engaging Schools Training for secondary staff that will make a positive impact to over 10,000 D51 secondary students. The Engaging Schools Training has made a significant difference in the schools where it has been implemented specifically with improved academic achievement, healthier social and emotional development, increased postsecondary access and success, and more participation in and contributions by students to their communities and our democracy.

D51F’s other funding priorities are technology and innovation and professional learning for staff.
